Impressive Customer Service

When I received my order I noticed the model number on my order did not match the packing slip or the item enclosed. When contacting customer service they acknowledged there was an error made with the order. They assured me my replacement would expedited and shipped as soon as possible. It showed up at my front door much sooner than expected. The customer service was impressive and the representative was a pleasure to deal with. Based on my personal experience I would highly recommend placing an order with RESLAT.
