SHIPPING POLICY

COVID-19 UPDATE: Please allow additional time for your order to process and ship as well as additional time en route via FedEx. We are fully operational and our production team is working around the clock to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Our company has experienced a tremendous increase in orders during this time and we are actively hiring and training new employees to improve delivery times. Unfortunately, this order backlog is combined with some raw material deliveries that were badly damaged and waiting for new raw material deliveries will cause many orders to experience significant delays. If you placed your order prior to 4/22 and you have not received a shipping notification, your order is likely caught in the backlog and has a new ETA of 5/19. If you are unable to wait or would like to discuss alternate options for your order please use our Live Chat or Contact Form. Please know that this delay is affecting all retailers providing these products so reordering elsewhere will not speed up delivery. We may be able to substitute a different color or style that is abundantly stocked. We are beyond grateful for your business and your patience during this time. We will continue working diligently to improve these extended delivery times.

We offer FREE* shipping on orders over $49 and only charge a $9 shipping fee for orders $49 & under.

Shipping Methods & Information

We ship via FedEx and/or USPS within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. For the fastest service possible, we ship most products directly from our manufacturing facility located closest to you. If your package is too large to ship by UPS or FedEx, we will ship it from our facility via freight carrier. International shipping is available. Please scroll to the bottom of the page to learn more.

 

Freight & Additional Charges

Due to the size of some products, some orders may be shipped via LTL freight carrier. This LTL carrier will vary depending on your location. The oversized shipping fee will range from $90 up to $150. It is a one-time charge regardless of quantity and will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart. Please know that we do not profit from this fee. These charges are typically much greater than the maximum $150 fee but ReSlat covers any additional fees. This charge will automatically calculate during checkout.

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will incur an $85.00 shipping charge. This is in addition to any other fees and is a one-time charge regardless of quantity. This charge will automatically calculate during checkout.

Slats, Valances, Tracks and Parts may ship in separate boxes. If you order these pieces at the same time, expect them to arrive in separate boxes and on different dates.

We are unable to ship to a PO Box or Military Base. Once you place your order, please provide us with a different physical shipping address.

 

Order Processing

Because we custom make every product per order, any changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. This includes size, color and shipping address changes. Our goal is to fabricate, package and ship your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, we may still be unable to authorize changes within this 24 hour period..

Products that have an extreme length will be shipped rolled instead of straight. This helps us avoid an LTL oversized package fee that is charged by our carriers and allows us to continue offering our great Free Shipping program on the majority of our products!

The average turnaround from date of order to delivery is 10 business days. All products on ReSlat.com will be fabricated and shipped within 4 to 6 BUSINESS DAYS upon receipt of payment. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to deliver to your door within the contiguous 48 United States. Due to the size of our packages, shipping times may drastically vary to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping times may also vary for products that need to be shipped via freight. Holidays and weekends are excluded from shipping and handling time estimates. If a product material has been back-ordered or has suddenly run out of stock, we will notify the customer immediately and offer a full refund if you are unable to wait until the restocking date.

 

Inspection of Merchandise

IMPORTANT: Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If your products arrive damaged, produced in a size different from what you had ordered, or are not the products ordered due to our error, notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the item with the correct item as originally ordered at no cost or hassle to the customer. Photo evidence will be required and return shipping will be covered by ReSlat.com.

ReSlat has partnered with a third party company, MyUS.com, to offer convenient and fast international shipping to more than 225 countries.

MyUS.com is EASY! When you create a MyUS.com account, you get your own US shipping address managed by them. Once they receive your packages, they ship them to your international address. You'll receive deeply discounted shipping rates from MyUS and can manage your shipments online.
