Vertical Blind Headrail (G-71)

I checked several business and their reviews. Reslat’s reviews were the best. Following the guidelines and that is exactly what they delivered. Packaging was so sturdy, any damage was eliminated. I will gladly use Reslat again for any blind needs. Great customer service.

The product is great customer service is garbage. Here's my experience. Website says orders typically ship in 5 business days. After five business days I call to ascertain status of order. All operators are busy--please leave your number and we'll call you back. They don't. Email inquiry. Here's your shipping number. Doesn't tell me the status of the order and FedEx says they don't have the package. Need to order more products associated with original. Send email. Never hear anything. Another email saying item has shipped, check FedEx -- label has been created, we don't have your package. Words mean things.
