Excellent service

My order for a 117 inch G71 head rail arrived in a timely manor. Very minor damage to unit. Needed a small $5.00 broken part to repair it. I offered to repair it myself to save the $150 shipping costs to send
unit back. Instead of sending me the small part to repair the unit they shipped me a complete replacement unit via air freight. Now this is a company that really excels at customer service.
