Vertical Blind Valance Base (Square Corner)

I was thrilled to find a company that sold parts vs systems for a missing valance on my window blinds at first. But the difficulty of confirming what exact parts were needed to mount the valance was a challenge. 5 days later with no answers to email, text or phone calls, I made a (bad) guesstimate and ordered. Not only is there a flat $50 fee on top of the shipping, but apparently a no return or exchange policy. Unfortunately the color didn’t match nor were the incidental pieces I needed correct. Had I reached a customer service rep for 5 minutes, I would’ve avoided this fiasco as they could’ve pointed me to the correct part needed. I can never recommend this company.

Just what I was looking for, valance top cut to the exact length and came within A few weeks, the box that it was wrapped in is over the top U need A saw to cut it open! No chance of it ever being damaged in the shipping progress. I have 5 other windows to do, and I will B ordering from U again!

The valance was easy to install and looks complete with the blinds. It all adds a decorator touch to the room!

Reslat is one of a handful of those internet companies you may have never heard of (like me), had another company refer you to them, and then discover they are one of the most high quality, service-oriented companies you could ever imagine. I needed new vertical blind “valence” boxes as my original ones had the clear plastic track (which displays one of the cloth blinds) turn an ugly yellow with age and sun exposure. Nobody locally was interested in this “parts” business. Several internet blind repair companies sold everything BUT cut lengths of the plastic valence box. Finally one company recommended Reslat! From the start Reslat was a great communicator. Several order acknowledgements and updates. Very quick service for custom-cut lengths of bulky and awkward valence box. I think it was maybe 8 business days? Shipping was in bulletproof cardboard boxes full of some extra parts and accessories! And the pricing was very reasonable! What else can you ask for😀
