I ordered a large order (125) of these slats. I really like the quality and color of the slats received. Once I started installing them on my vertical blinds, I realized I was missing a third of the order, ie a box with 41 slats. I tried contacting the company to enquire about the issue, then wrote to them online and gave them the info on my order and enquired about the missing box. I never heard from them but I received the missing slats a few days later without a single communication from Reslat. So overall I am satisfied of my purchase, the quality and look of the slats, but I would have liked to receive some feedback from Reslat and some status update on the missing box.
