We replaced our builder's white plastic vanes on our vertical blinds, with new fabric slats from Re-Slat. We are very pleased with the quality, workmanship, and consistency of the new slats. The production and delivery turnaround time was consistent with the estimates at the time we ordered. The packaging for shipment via FedEx was extremely secure and protective. After our initial experience, we are ordering some more slats for another room. Note: the slats are delivered in a thin, very long package (much longer than the slats), so you may need to make arrangements to receive the package and get it into a secure indoor location. Our condo's concierge was not very happy with us when the shipment arrived.
