I ordered the wrong type of slat material (fabric) and couldn’t return the item since the slats are custom ordered. I didn’t like it at first but grew to like the slats after installing them on my vertical blind. Shipping took a little too long but my order was eventually delivered. I will definitely order from here again in the future.
