Poor communication

Ordered a headrail, mounting clips and valence clips but only received four of the seven mounting clips and none of the valence clips. Call was not returned and email wasn't returned either. Ended up having to modify some existing clips to complete the job.

i have been waiting 3 weeks for this part of my order. I paid $150 in freight for the rods and the 6 clips did not show up. Very disappointed as of this reivew they are still not here

lost order

Had to get these clips resent as the 1st order got lost...the clips did work although a tiny bit to big and did not fit slug in the rail....a few drops of glue fixed that---valance back up....yeah!!!!
