Terrible company

Ordered and paid for 9 samples. Received only 1. Company will not answer calls. Left 2 voicemails that were never returned. Sent 2 emails that were also never answered. If this is how they treat customers I don't know how they are still in business. Stay away.

Perplexed

The sample I received was far from the color here. I was looking for a light gray but got a champagne color.
Also wanted to know the possibility of getting a roll of material that goes on the valance header, not a vertical slat.
