I ordered ReSlat replacement vertical blind slats in various sizes. They were delivered in a sturdy box, the slats fit perfectly. I ordered the "alabaster" color which matched my existing old blinds. Slats arrived in the time frame stated when I ordered..I'm very pleased with ReSlat.
