I would like to write review or decided to wait. Because I did not receive the six corner brackets which attach the front balance to the return valance. I may have ordered them incorrectly. Can you please send six corner brackets asap ? Thank you

Product arrived intact and after opening packaging (excellent by the way) the blind (slats) were installed in about five minutes. Does an excellent job of blocking sunlight.

We liked the sample color of cachet silver dollar but it is lighter in color than the actual slats that we received. After we hung the new slats we thought they were a darker shade than they should be, so we found our sample and compared them and found that they are darker than the sample. We are disappointed and feel that there should be an adjustment on the cost we paid of at least 10 %. The new slats are well made and hang well but the color is darker than what we expected, based on the sample.

This company had a great variety of samples to make sure that we were able to choose a style and color for the space. It was way more cost effective to replace the slats than to have new blinds installed. The quality that arrived upon shipment was better than what we had in the past. We could not be more pleased!

I’m very happy with new slats for my front picture window. They are a good color, quiet in the breeze, and just as ordered. It really helped that I could order samples first. Easy to hang on my old tracks.
After painting our home a different color, we needed to change our slats. Upon searching for a company, we came upon re-slat. Instead of spending thousands of dollars on a whole new window covering we purchased new slats that complement the new paint. One note don't be worried if upon installation the slats cling together due to static charge. Its easily taken care of. I used dryer sheets that reduce the static on clothing by wiping them a little to reduce the static cling. Viola, they separated nicely and have been perfect ever since. So glad we found Re-Slat!

I needed replacement slats and I was able to match easily
After checking with local businesses to replace my vertical blinds, I was not willing to pay for the expensive estimates provided to me for them to do the installation. I searched on line, found ReSlat, and ordered some samples right away. After choosing the one I liked best, it was easy to order the right length, width, and number of replacement slats at a reasonable cost. When they arrived, the packaging was extremely secure, and all of the blinds were unspoiled. I was able to insert the blinds into the existing carrier clips and replace the old blinds that were installed when I bought my home in 1996!!!! My blinds look amazing. Thank you for providing such a wonderful resource for quality materials. The photo shows my old (floor length) blinds on left next to the new, window-sill length blinds on the right. :-)
We received the item several weeks ago. It was broken. We have tried to get a new one shipped through your company, Spring Window Fashions who requested Arc Blinds Premier Window Fashions to ship the item. After it arrived, we first contacted Spring Window Fashions who after two weeks said it had to be re-ordered but did not tell us how to re-order. Last week I contact Arc Blinds Premier Window Fashions and they were going to request it be resent to us with a shorter 36 inch baton/wand since the 50 inch wand broke and was taped to the side of the headrail BEFORE it was sent. We are STILL WAITING for someone out of the three of you to get us a new headrail so we can put our slats back up on our window. Right now our window is bare!
They are easy to install and cut to exactly the right length. Also, great blackout from a night light in my front yard.
