My only issue was with the tracking of my order, otherwise the slats are great and work as described. Much more economical then trying to replace the whole track and system.

ReSlat provides the highest quality headrails for our vertical blinds that we could find. These are sturdy aluminum construction with smooth operation. ReSlat made the ordering process easy. Their customized headrails are available to a fraction of an inch. The product they delivered is identical to what we ordered. The product arrived a few days after the order was placed.
We have a row of vertical blinds covering 3 large windows and the middle rod broke! We purchased a replacement from Reslat, installed it, detached the blinds from the old rod and easily installed them on the new rod. Our old hardware fit the new rod so I didn’t even have to deal with that! It was easy peasy.

Ordered and paid for 9 samples. Received only 1. Company will not answer calls. Left 2 voicemails that were never returned. Sent 2 emails that were also never answered. If this is how they treat customers I don't know how they are still in business. Stay away.

Product is just what I wanted and arrived very well packed. The fabric allows light to filter in while keeping most of the heat out. I was able to remove the existing blinds from the headrail and install the new ones pretty easily.

Great product and prompt service
I’m very happy with the quality and performance of replacement blind slats I ordered. They didn’t arrive for well over a month, however, which was a lot longer than I expected.
I have no problem with the product shipped. However, the customer service was not great at all. I simply wanted tracking as a new customer, to make sure that I was no being scammed. I received several emails dancing around the tracking. After multiple attempts, someone finally decided to tell me that sample orders don't receive tracking. However, I promptly advised them that my order was not a sample and to provide tracking or I would report for fraud, as the shipping and receiving dates promised with the order had well expired. They only they, with no apology for their confusion, sent me tracking info, that NEVER updated with the carrier. It only took me to their blank order page on their website. It's not like I spent a ton of money ordering replacement parts. But it was a simple purchase that should NOT have gone through all that drama for confirmation. The product arrived finally, and was fine. But I will NOT be ordering from them again due to their customer service.
I held out little hope I could find replacement slats from my blinds. But Reslat made it easy and affordable. All 10 slats arrived in perfect condition, and perfectly matched the existing slats down to 1/8". Now the sun no longer blinds me in the afternoon. Thank you, Reslat!

Your tracking number did not work unfortunately. The slats didn't feel as heavy duty as the ones I was replacing. Everything else is OK.
