Thanks for sending these samples the color is slightly different from the blind we have, but I will send you an order for two slats plus two spares to replace the damaged ones I have.

Happy with the Product

Style, texture and price are great. Unfortunately the colors didn't work for me. Have just ordered others. Wish the original ones were returnable if you select others to sample.

Poor customer service so far

I ordered 6 samples and received only 4. Inquired about whether/when others would come, but company unable to look up my order by my name. Says they must have an order number that does not actually appear on my packing slip. Samples ship from manufacturer with different order number. I have emailed several times and received no help. Last time received no reply. Will have to call I guess.
