Couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Bought the slats and matching valence. Both are made of a quality fabric and create a nice diffuse light when closed. Looks substantially more expensive than it cost.

It looks good - it is longer than the height where the existing rod is installed. I need to reinstall
the rod closer to the ceiling and see what length I actually need. The header height is at 8 feet, but I have a scissor truss from the wall. I would like to install the rod on the ceiling, but am not sure how to do that yet. I would like the maximum length possible with the verticals. I will get back with you at that time.
