Horrible customer service

I’ve ordered twice from reseat and both times the order has been incomplete.i have emailed and also left phone messages, requesting a call back and information on when I might get what I’m missing. It took almost 4 weeks to get the missing parts from the first order and I have no idea when the second missing parts order will be delivered . All I got was an email saying that the missing item would be reordered but no time table or tracking information. When you call you get a message immediately that you will be connected with a human and 10 seconds later you’re told that they will respond as soon as possible. Never a phone call, always a short email with no apology just that they will check on your problem and no real resolution. Aparently Reslat only is a front for another larger Company as they don’t manufacture or ship product , they just issue a po to someone else
