Excellent product

I am very pleased with the packaging and the quality of the slats. The only suggestion is not to give a 5-7 business day timeframe from ordering to shipment in the confirmation email and your site states 10 business days. I contacted customer service via chat was finally given a shipment date almost a month after I placed the order.
