Great company! Great quality!

I ordered vertical blinds and one that was intended to be a valance. I ordered the incorrect slat. I called and requested they correct it. The lady I spoke with said it was over 24 hours and she couldn’t guarantee she could still change it. When it came I received the incorrect one that I had ordered. I received a 2nd package a few days later and it had the whole new valance in it! Talk about great customer service!!. I will be ordering my door-wall slats from Reslat also. Thank you so much!
