I sent an email the day after receiving the blinds. Unfortunately, they all had weird gray/black streaks down both side of each slat.
I was told a replacement order was being prepared. I hope that is true.
I am looking forward to receiving my replacement set of blinds soon.
Note: The first set of blinds I ordered were perfect and I still think this is a good company at this time.
