This is a great company, and I am very happy with the replacement slats for the old, ugly blinds in my house, which were custom made by ReSlat and arrived promptly and look a million times better. I was frustrated, though, when I tried to order a broken replacement attachment part for one of the blind slats and had no idea how to find the one I needed and ultimately ordered a wrong one that didn't fit. The company could offer a little more info for people like me trying to figure that out. I did some measurements and tried to make a good guess. But the part I ordered didn't work with this antiquated, decades-old blind system. I'm glad, though, that the rest of it looks so much better!
