We are extremely pleased with the replacement slats purchased from Reslat. The slats were the exact size needed for our (3) bay windows and the quality regarding expectations of length, width, thickness and properly punched mounting holes was excellent. Most importantly, our vertical blinds, purchased about 20 years ago, have a fabric design that we were not able to find anywhere. We washed the fabric with Dawn dish detergent and mounted the cleaned fabric in the new slats and we could not be more pleased with the results - perfect, just like brand new. We were also surprised that the grommets to hold the cloth in place in each slat were included. Also, I have to mention delivery was made before expected due dates! There is no question, Reslat provides excellent products. We highly recommend Reslat products for anyone who wishes to refurbish existing vertical blinds.

In this day and age of companies which only seem to care about their profits and not about fulfilling their customers' expectations, I found it refreshing to do business with RESLAT! I was researching how to breathe some new life into a very old set of custom, decorator-designed vertical blinds when I came upon the RESLAT website. I found exactly what I needed -- new 3-1/2 inch wide white channel panels (to accommodate matching wallpaper inserts) -- and ordering on-line was so easy! When I called the company (to get some additional information before ordering) the phone was answered promptly, the hold time was reasonable, and the CSR to whom I spoke was knowledgeable about the product line and the time which would be required to manufacture my custom-made panels. Even though I placed my order on-line the afternoon before New Year's Eve, my custom order arrived on time on January 14th, exactly 10 work days after I placed my order, as promised. My wife and I took down the old panels, removed the wallpaper inserts, installed the inserts into the new panels and hung the new panels in no time. RESLAT delivered an excellent product which enabled us to make our vertical blinds look brand new while spending just a fraction of the money we would have spent if we had purchased a new window treatment. I am really satisfied with RESLAT and won't hesitate to enthusiastically recommend them!
