This is the first time I’ve ordered replacement slats for vertical blinds in our kitchen. The web page was easy to manipulate (I had gone to others before using ReSlat), and i was kept up to date on tge order process. When the product arrived, it was very easy to install considering that I had 30 year old hardware to work with. Highly recommend this company and their products.
