Good Product - Poor Customer Communications

I'm pleased with the product that was finally delivered. However, it was not shipped in the time represented on the website. After leaving numerous messages and sending emails to their customer service address the slats arrived almost a month late. There was zero response to my inquiries about shipment arrival.
