The item fit well and was within 1/4 inch of the requested length. Do not overestimate the dimensions or it will not fit. Order exactly the length you need as they do not take deductions etc.

While I am quite happy with the finished product, the whole ordering adventure I went through leaves a lot to be desired. They lead you to believe you will have your item in 10 business days. My item took almost a month to arrive. I reached out numerous times to speak to someone on their phone lines, but nobody ever answers and the only way to communicate with anyone is via their chat function. The first few times I reached out, they had no information on my order and I actually thought for over a week I had been scammed. I also had to pay $150 for shipping which was half the cost of the head rail. Even though I paid a premium for shipping, the ability to track this item to be able to coordinate being here to receive it was limited and quite frustrating.

In summary, quality product provided with a lot of unnecessary frustration to receive it.

My replacement rail was perfect and fit right into the old brackets, I was greatly relived that I didn't have to change a thing.
