3 1/2" Vertical Blind Replacement Slat (Grotto White)

I ordered vertical slats and wanted a valance also. I ordered the incorrect slat for the valance. When I called to request they change it I was advised they couldn’t guarantee it could be changed after 24 hours. When it came it had the incorrect slat I ordered. A few days later I received another package and they had replaced it with a full valance including the hard shell. Talk about great customer service! I will recommend this company and I will be ordering new slats for my door wall from them. Thank you for such great customer service!
