Slat purchase

Slats were packed very well and order came in pretty quickly.
Chain was missing but eventually sent. Customer Servise communication regarding chain was substandard, lack of response.

Perfect match!

Recently bought a home with 3 sliding doors of fabric slats. One door had the fixtures, but no slats. After day's of research, I came upon the Reslat website and was able to order exactly what I needed. Best part was that they arrived and we're a perfect match. I'll be ordering more to replace some worn, discolored slats.

Very pleased with the entire experience of ordering from this company. Needed 2 replacement slats, found nearly exact match thanks to large variety available. Price was reasonable. Order was ~$10 but shipping was free. Quality of packaging when the slats arrived was pleasantly impressive. Each slat had been individually packaged and wrapped. Usually I don't write reviews but decided to do so as experience was exceptional. Keep up the good work.
