Order was easy to place and delivery was within a short period of time. Packaging was excellent. All slates uniform and easy to install. Package could use a statement about letting the product hang for a day or two to adjust to room temperature and humidity. Mine arrived in January and were on the porch in very cold temperatures Left them in the shipping box for a day inside before hanging, but they still had a static charge that was keeping them from hanging straight. After a few days they are hanging correctly. Some customers might think something was permanently wrong. Very satisfied.

Ordering was super easy. I accidentally ordered some slats too long but they were really easy to trim with a heavy duty pair of scissors. I was also happy that the slats arrived flat and well packaged. Not rolled up like the imposters I bought off of Amazon.
