Return Policy

The quick version of our Return Policy: We custom make every product per your exact specifications and we do not accept returns. Please understand that we DO NOT resell previously used products, so returned products would be a total loss for our company. Please read on for extraordinary circumstances.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If your slats arrive damaged, produced in a size different from what you had ordered, or are not the item type ordered due to our error, we will replace the item with the correct item as originally ordered at no cost or hassle to the customer. 

If the slat(s) were ordered by the customer incorrectly- wrong sizes, colors, etc; we will replace the original product with the correct product at a discount for the replacement item. Unfortunately, the charges for the original purchase cannot be credited for customer mistakes, so please make sure your order is placed correctly the first time. To avoid the latter, click here to order samples.

If a return is approved for any reason not stated in our return policy, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund as long as the product is in new condition. If a product is returned that has been intentionally damaged, is stained with nicotine or smoke or is incomplete, you will be given a maximum of a 50% refund. In this case, the actual refund will be determined by our receiving manager once the return has been inspected.
